At Wafa Lifestyle, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review the policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
You must contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Based on the item category and condition, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preferences.

Acceptable Reasons for Return
You may request a return only if:

The product was damaged during shipping or is defective.

The received item is incomplete or incorrect (e.g., different specs, missing parts).

Unacceptable Reasons for Return
Returns will not be accepted for:

Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in brand-new condition.

All original accessories, such as tags, manuals, warranty cards, and gifts, must be included.

The product must be returned in its original packaging without modifications or damage.

Refunds are initiated within 7 business days after successful quality verification.

In rare cases, processing may take longer due to courier delays or technical issues.

Warranty & Return Terms

Retain the box, warranty label, and seller invoice for any product with an official warranty (e.g., smartwatches, Bluetooth accessories, etc.). Warranty claims may take up to 10 business days to process.

A 30-day replacement policy applies to gadgets, excluding:

Display/touch issues

Liquid or physical damage

Damage to product packaging

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item. Complaints made afterward will not be entertained.

No repair services are offered by Wafa Lifestyle.

Tech items are non-returnable once sold, unless visibly defective at delivery.

Minor technical or aesthetic changes (e.g., packaging updates, screen color variation, audio differences) are not valid reasons for return.

If a product is eligible for replacement, it will be replaced once only. All accessories, box, and device must be returned in their original condition.

Courier damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Video proof must be submitted to customer service when filing a complaint or requesting an exchange.

Warranty claims are not valid after the official warranty period expires.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed within 7 working days via Bank Transfer or Mobile Wallet, as determined by Wafa Lifestyle.
